What is InforMe?
InforMe is a Progressive Web App (PWA) and web-based tool that delivers real-time academic progress and clear instruction on next steps for learning. InforMe utilises live mark-books and learning rubrics, where performance for specific tasks can be assessed, with information regarding progress and next steps for each assessment or task being undertaken clearly shown

Real Time Progress:
InforMe will utilise live mark-books where grades entered for a task or assessment collate with information regarding progress and next steps for each assessment or task being undertaken, this progress is shown live and show learners what they are able to do and what their next progression step are.
Self-Assessment:
Learners are also able to self-assess, allowing assessors and supervisors to see where they think they are at in their performance. This allows for learning conversations to take place rather than one way directed teaching. Learner self-assessing allows for a greater level of understanding and self-efficacy.
Organisation Performance
InforMe allows an organisation to develop staff to become leaders of their own learning; increasing performance and productivity.
Develop a learning organisation:
InforMe will allow learning to be monitored naturally as it occurs. Learners will be able self-assess when they think they have improved, and assessors will be able to verify if performance has improved directly as they witness it. As learners gain a better understanding of what they need to do learners become the leaders of their own learning.
Real Time Performance Management:
InforMe will allow organisations to monitor progress and see performance levels of learners, trainees and workers in real time. Performance management meetings can become learning conversations to develop capabilities.
